Stripper Jeezus, 2022
These two capes were made for
a show organized by Striptopia, (@striptopia) a design studio that aims at communicating what sex work is really about, and how it can evolve to a more modern version of itself by encouraging the public to be more inclusive.
These capes were designed with the idea of taking visual codes of religion, that so often condemns sex workers, and turning them into an empowering garments for performers on the show.
